All Taste Of workshops include a welcome snack and beverage, 1.5 hours of hands-on cooking instruction, a small meal, a recipe packet, and a shopping guide.

Menu

Roti/Chapati (Whole Wheat Flatbread)

A traditional flatbread made with Indian whole wheat flour cooked on a hot skillet and finished over an open flame. 

Junka (Chickpea Flour Curry)

A dry curry made with chickpea flour, onions, scallions, garlic, and green chilies, spiced with mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves, turmeric, tamarind, and jaggery. 

Kosambri Salad (Soaked Moong Dal Salad with Coconut)

A fresh salad made with soaked moong dal, grated coconut, cucumber, and cilantro.

Ambali (Finger Millet and Yogurt Drink)

A salty summer beverage made with finger millet flour, water, yogurt drink, and salt, garnished with finely chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, mustard and cumin seeds.
