A spectacular dish starring tender leg of lamb served over a bed of spiced, fluffy basmati rice and vermicelli studded with vegetables, dried fruit, and nuts.

Sabanikh Maaa Nomee Basrah (Spinach with Dried Lemon)

Wilted spinach, scallions, and herbs stewed with chickpeas and flavored with crushed dried lemon and hot curry powder.

Laban Maaa Al Khiyar Wal Ninaa (Yogurt with Cucumber and Mint)

Rich and creamy whole milk yogurt combined with diced Persian cucumbers, chopped garlic, and fresh mint.

Turshi Al Karnabeet Wal Jazar (Pickled Cauliflower and Carrot)

Seasonal vegetables pickled in turmeric vinegar.

Swar El Sit Baklava (Baklava with Ground Pistachios)

A show-stopping platter of crispy phyllo nests filled with pistachios and soaked in cardamom syrup.
