All Taste Of workshops include a welcome snack and beverage, 1.5 hours of hands-on cooking instruction, a small meal, a recipe packet, and a shopping guide.

Menu

Burani Bonjon (Eggplant with Yogurt Sauce)

Softened slices of fried eggplant, tomato, and hot green pepper stewed in a tomato-garlic-coriander sauce, topped with garlicky yogurt and dried mint.

Tukhum Bonjon (Eggs Scrambled with Tomatoes, Chilies, and Garlic) 

A traditional breakfast dish of eggs gently scrambled with fresh tomatoes, chilies, and garlic. 

Firni (Afghan Custard)

A milk pudding spiced with cardamom and topped with ground pistachios.
